weigh me….
My plan is to lose 4-4.5kg this year, and keep it off. I will feel better, look better and run faster. I weighed myself the morning of January the first-66.7kg. I thought I would be heavier actually, what with the lack of consistant training for the last month and the..errr… christmas holiday food consumption. Being 173cm tall, I am comfortable weighing between 60-63kg, but will feel too gaunt below that and too heavy above that. So here I go…watch me get faster….

16th Feb..I now weigh 64.7…dunno how that happened..it just did…
10th April..67k. shit. I did not write my weight in march because it was errrmmm…67kg..but now it;s april and for some reason it is STILL 67 kg. So here I am. ba humbug.

Go on!…so you are ‘thin’, like moI !!..ha! yeah..lets do this…it is so do-a-ble -it’s a dream resolution….it really sort of p@**d me off when i was running 50-70k per week etc and i only lost about 2kg…what the hell!!…I think actually i just eat too much…oh and thanks for calling me awesome..nah..you are..but you are…no I’m not…you are…etc etc…

i was thinking 1.5k by March…cos Im doing the Motatapu and have to be FASTer…then another 1.5 by May..cos it’s my birthday month and I have to look even better..(than I do now..) and then 1.5 by july..then of course the important thing is to keep it off for the rest of the year. I havn’t done weight training for about 2 months so I will probably put on weight once into that again…so I am going to measure myself too and put the stats up here..(gulp). what the hell!! it’s alll fun…oh..and you are really awesome…no really..you are…
